The annual spring waterfowl trip around Lake Otsego and environs will leave from Cooperstown’s Lake Front Docks on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at the foot of Fair St. at 8AM sharp. Sponsored by the Delaware-Otsego Audubon Society for several years, the trip has always attracted many area birders. Cars will be pooled and radio connected, and the trip will last until around noon. On Saturday, May 5, Delaware-Otsego Audubon Society will lead a walk at the Oneonta Susquehanna Greenway (OSG) trail, located on Silas Lane, off Rte. 205 in Oneonta’s west end to view returning migrant birds.
