22 Chapters Sign On to DOAS Letter to Request Withdrawal of 30 year Rule

As advocates for wildlife and birds, the following Audubon Chapters in New York State are outraged and dismayed to learn of the Department of the Interior’s decision to provide 30-year authorizations to wind companies to kill Bald and Golden Eagles. We respectfully request that you
withdraw this proposed rule and ensure our important raptor species are protected.
