Submit an Earth Day Event as part of Earth Festival 2026

This year’s Earth Festival will take place on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 10am to 3pm at the Chase Gym at SUNY Oneonta. As the planning committee, led by the Otsego County Conservation Association, continues to confirm vendors, exhibitors and special presentations for the day, we are working on compiling information about area events that center around Earth Day and the environment that are taking place this spring.

There will be a full page advertisement purchased to promote Earth Festival as well as listings of other activities and events. This ad will run in April (around mid month) and will include environmentally focused activities & events that are scheduled to take place between Friday, April 17 and Sunday, May 10, 2026.

Organizations (and businesses too!) are welcome to submit information about their events. All submissions are subject to review by the Earth Festival committee. There is no fee for this promotion, but donations and sponsorships to offset Earth Festival expenses are certainly welcome!

The deadline to submit your events and be included in the full page advertisement is 5pm on Sunday, April 12.  Contact Susan at s.ohandley@doas.us with any questions.

You will receive an email confirmation with the information you submit using the form below.
