You can pay the registration fee in any of the following ways:

$120/member or $130 non-member  (Family Membership is $20/1 year or $30/2 years).

Please send payment for full amount (can combine multiple registrations on one payment) to:

DOAS Summer Camp, PO Box 544, Oneonta, NY 13820.  Please note Summer Camp 2017, Session # and Child Name/Names in the memo section of your check.
